I want to sit down on the couch
and rest my head in your lap.
Spend time with you and have you near
to be with the one I need.

and give fully of myself.

and hear your heavenly voice.
Just relax by holding you
while we read and watch TV,
listen to music we both love
while we lay back and feel at peace.
I just want to spend time with you
because you're the Angel I love and miss.

I want to see and hear your words
and smile because they're the best.
I want to give you my shoulder and chest
on which to rest when you are tired and want away from the world.
I just want to spend time with the woman who's very best,
I just want to be with you because to you I can release.
I just want to spend time with you
because for you I hold true love in my heart.
I just want to be with you because you are
the one who understands and together we can escape the world.
